One of the key differences to other services (such as Mentoring/ Therapy/ Counseling) is that as the coach, I am not providing solutions or giving advice. If I would give advice, I am imposing my own beliefs, values and experiences on you, which may not be relevant or effective for your specific goal. Instead, I help you raise your self-awareness, empower you to take ownership of your growth and development, and to grow the skills and confidence to make effective decisions that help achieve your goals.

How does the coaching process work?

Our coaching sessions involve an initial discovery session to assess your needs and goals, followed by a series of one-on-one coaching sessions where you and I work together to explore your strengths, values, passions, vision, purpose. We will create an actionable plan to achieve your goals.

What is the difference between Coaching & Therapy?
Coaching and therapy are two different services that address different aspects of personal growth & development.
Coaching focuses on the present and future, and helps you achieve your goals and outcomes in your personal and professional live. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on healing and resolving past trauma that may be interfering with the day-to-day live.

Whilst our coaching sessions will touch on emotional issues, therapy focuses on addressing underlying emotional or psychological issues. It is important to understand the differences and choose the right type of support for your specific needs.
